•         Surveillance and trouble-shooting including operation on the Enhanced BSC (Ebsc), CEM’s, CNFP, CSVS, CBRS, 11port, 24port card additions.

•         Responsible for day-to-day operations of telecommunications installation, commissioning, and testing business.

•         Responsible for all recruiting, training and mentoring staff of installers.

•         Primary contract was with DC Power Conversions Products. 

•         Responsible for all phases associated with DC power installation including:  Installation of bays, installing equipment shelves and the associated equipment, running and securing all cables, installing racks and iron work, installing rectifiers, charging batteries, monitoring float levels and setting parameters.

•         Company employed 53 people working across 4 states, grossing in excess of $450K in less than 4 months.  

•         Down-turn in the telecommunications marketplace resulted in business being closed.
